Your listing goes live and takes its promoted slot as soon as the payment for your package is confirmed, and runs for twelve months from then. Nothing renews on its own, so you are never charged twice.

Every package lists your business for 12 months. The higher the package, the higher your listing sits in the partner slots.

Renew or upgrade a listing any time. A renewal adds another 12 months on top of whatever is left, and an upgrade puts you in the higher partner slots straight away.
